Our space is driven by the collaborative expertise of Ploy Charoenpol and Chol Janepraphaphan, two curators deeply embedded in the contemporary art ecosystem. Ploy Charoenpol transitioned from a foundational background in graphic design to the contemporary art sector through a formative four-year tenure handling project management and design at Navin Production. After earning her Master’s with honors in Art Museums and Gallery Studies from the University of Leicester, she stepped into her role as the full-time curator at Jing Jai Gallery, where her practice focuses on critical thinking and connecting historical viewpoints with ongoing societal situations. Chol Janepraphaphan brings extensive expertise in theory and multi-disciplinary practices, holding both a Bachelor’s in Art Theory and a Master’s in Mixed-Media from Silpakorn University. His career spans over a decade of active contributions as an art critic for Bangkok University Gallery's Brand New project, a writer for prominent publications like Fine Arts Magazine and Art4D, and a collaborative curator for Numthong Gallery and the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). Currently serving as Chief Curator for art tong iang by central group, Chol focuses on bridging generational and disciplinary gaps by working closely with both emerging and mid-career artists.
